What a day for Ottawa coffee! ☕️🏆

Today, our Broccoli represented Sharpfle Ottawa’s regional AeroPress competition at Coffee Right YOW!

We’re proud of Broccoli for taking on the challenge and for the passion, hard work, and grind he continues to bring to his craft. 🌱☕️

A huge thank you to Coffee Right YOW Festival and The Artery Community Roasters for putting together such a great event, and inviting us and giving us the opportunity to be part of it.

It was a great day of coffee, competition, learning, and meeting so many wonderful people from Ottawa’s coffee community.

Congratulations to everyone who competed, and thank you to everyone who made the day happen!

“What makes Korean Chai different from regular chai?” ☕️🍂

Our Korean Chai Latte is caffeine free and dairy free.

Instead of black tea, we brew ours with cinnamon, ginger and persimmon in oat milk, then lightly sweeten it with honey.

The result is warm, gently spiced and a little fruity, with mellow sweetness and no caffeine.

It’s our Korean inspired take on a cozy spiced latte, and it’s great both hot or iced.

Hot when you want something comforting.
Iced when you want something smooth and refreshing.

What’s Sippin’ Good at Sharpfle?

This week, we’re sipping Hojicha Latte.

Hojicha is a roasted Japanese green tea with a warm, nutty and toasty flavour. Compared with matcha, it’s less grassy and a little more mellow, which makes it especially smooth with milk. Plus, it is very low in caffeine.

It’s comforting hot, refreshing iced, and one of those drinks that pairs surprisingly well with savoury food too.

And that’s exactly why this week’s $15 combo is our Charred Corn & Cheese Croffle + Hojicha Latte. 🌽🍵

Sweet charred corn, melted mozzarella and a touch of mayo on a warm crispy croffle, paired with the roasted, nutty flavour of hojicha.

Our Bulgogi Beef Croffle comes with Korean style soy marinated beef, melted mozzarella, mixed greens, bulgogi sauce, mayo and sesame, all packed into a warm, crispy croffle.

Sweet, savoury, cheesy and very satisfying.
