☔️ Rain Check! Unfortunately, due to the forecasted heavy rainfall tomorrow, we’ve made the tough decision to postpone our launch. But don’t worry next Saturday is forecasted to be 26°C and sunny all day, making it the perfect day to celebrate. ☀️

A huge thank you to all of our incredible entertainment, vendors, and partners for adjusting their schedules to make this date change possible. We truly appreciate your flexibility and support. Same place. Same time. Just one week later.

OTTAWA! Join us for an evening shaped by fire, heritage, and storytelling.

You are invited to Ember Live Fire Kitchen for an intimate four-course tasting dinner hosted by Irene Matys ( )— Cypriot-Canadian recipe developer, culinary storyteller, and author of My Cypriot Table, a 2025 Globe and Mail bestseller and World Gourmand Award winner.

Inspired by her Mediterranean roots, the evening draws from the traditions of Greek Cypriot cooking, where fire, olive oil, herbs, and time do the work. Each dish is designed to be shared, just as it would be at a Cypriot family table.

Enjoy feature cocktails inspired by Cypriot flavours, with an optional four-course wine pairing highlighting indigenous varietals from the island.

Each guest will receive a signed copy of My Cypriot Table to take home.
