A candlelit pilates, matcha & journaling evening inspired by the world of Gracie Abrams.

Join us for a soft pilates flow set to a Gracie Abrams playlist, followed by guided journaling designed to help you reflect on the words left unsaid, the chapters you’re ready to close, and the version of yourself you’re becoming.

Expect matcha, meaningful conversations, a few little surprises, and a room full of girls who just get it.

Okay but this Sunday is literally the kind of morning you romanticize in your head 💚☁️

Soft pilates with , then a guided meditation, then we all sit together journaling while drinking matcha & eating matcha cookies from talking about life, goals & how we want the next half of the year to feel ♡

And Monday being the 1st just makes the timing feel too perfect honestly.

It’s basically a reset morning with the sweetest girls, the calmest energy & the cutest little goodies waiting for you 🫶🏼

Ok mais ce dimanche c’est littéralement le genre de matinée qu’on imagine dans ses rêves

Soft pilates avec , puis une méditation guidée, puis on s’installe toutes ensemble pour écrire, boire un matcha, manger des matcha cookies & parler de la vie, de nos objectifs & de l’énergie dans laquelle on a envie d’entrer pour la deuxième moitié de l’année ♡

Et le fait que lundi tombe le 1er rend le timing encore plus parfait 🤪

C’est vraiment une matinée reset avec des filles trop sympas, une ambiance douce & les cutest little goodies qui vous attendent 🫶🏼
