Bjsmarket

Bjsmarket A proud family-owned market. Not just a Butcher shop- A complete Food Experience. Real Passion. Real Quality. Real Service.

Welcome to BJ’s Country Market, a family-owned business, where standards are set high and nothing is compromised. Oma’s branding was developed by the family, with Janey’s mom, Joanne, in mind. Her background is Dutch, which traditionally means ‘back to the basics,’ a solid work ethic, and meals made from scratch - with simple techniques that create great food..

“Our goal is to show customers a warm and inviting atmosphere, great food, hometown spirit and the best of customer service”

Brad and Janey have owned the market since 1988. Starting off as a small village grocer, they evolved the business into a small market where everything is homemade and fresh. Brad, being a butcher by trade, produces incredible quality meat products while Janey has a great knack and flare for design, customer service and supportive spirit in the store. Their three kids, Jordan, Sam and Claire, all play a part in the business, and have worked the store operations since they were very young. Our accomplishments over the years have been supported by a dedicated staff, who have continued to share the same enthusiasm and excitement for good food and great service. A lot of hard work has been put into the business over the years to ensure that when you chose a product from Oma’s Kitchen you are getting the best we have to offer for you and your family……… From our family to yours .... Just like home

Not your everyday steak 🥩

Spinalis Dorsi & Petite Ribeye Center Steak in the Butcher Shop this weekend!

PEI AAA Certified beef, raised on small family-owned farms.

Throw them on the BBQ this weekend and taste the difference. 🔥

We make our roast beef right here in-house, starting with quality Wagyu or Prime beef — outside round, inside round, eye of round & sirloin tip.

Seasoned, then smoked low & slow for 5 hours. 🔥

Gluten-free. No preservatives. No additives. Just beef, & real smoke.

Lunch meat you can feel good about. 🤎

A huge thank you to our friends at Cahill - Shore Livestock Co. for helping us round up our grass-fed cattle yesterday! 🐄🤠

These cattle are raised right here on our very own small farm in Delaware and will be making their way to our butcher shop this September.

Doesn’t get much more local than that!

Our Cahill-Shore Angus beef lineup will also be back in stock shortly, leaving you with plenty of options for locally raised beef this fall🥩

From our fields to our butcher shop- it all starts here📍

🔥 We take our brisket VERY seriously.

Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, we feed the fire and let our famous briskets do their thing. 🥩🔥

Smoked low & slow for 18 hours, it’s worth the wait. 🤤

Grab it for lunch, take some home for dinner—or both.

Be honest… how are you eating yours? 👇

The ideas never stop, the work never stops, and somehow… neither does the fun.

Family-owned — always dreaming, creating, planning, working, and finding the next thing.

It’s hard, it’s chaotic, and we wouldn’t trade it for anything. 🫶🏼

Thankful for everyone who supports our family and our little piece of this community. 🤎
