New to Simply Cakes!! A Raspberry Coconut Cake slice! In store only- my signature vanilla cake layered with Bavarian Cream and Raspberry Compote. Topped with coconut buttercream, raspberry drizzle and toasted coconut!

What's new at Simply Cakes? A flavor that has been elevated to capture the best chocolate/peanut butter combo! A rich chocolate cupcake topped with smooth peanut butter buttercream with...a chuck of peanut butter fudge, drizzle of peanut butter ganache, pieces of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and Belgian dark chocolate curls! I will be keeping them stocked all next week in the cooler, see you then! 🥰

WOW! I am truly honored to have made it to the Best of Kamloops Bronze! I have had an incredible journey so far and there is more to come😊 Thank you to everyone who has supported my business over the past 4 years, you have made my business a reality and a success. I couldn't have done it without you ❤️

New flavors are out this week! Tropical Twist, with a compote of pineapple, mango peach and strawberry nestled in a coconut cupcake! Also the Brown Butter Pecan with chopped up pecans inside and on top of the cupcake ! Top it off with a candied pecan and a drizzle of caramel sauce 😋

Hello Kamloops, it's that time of year again, to vote for the Best of Kamloops 2026! Voting is officially open and the final rounds has begun, open until June 9th @ 3 pm.
