Since joining Stallone's as Head Chef in January, Diego has brought a whole new level of creativity, consistency, and passion to our kitchen.

He's helped expand our menu, build an incredible kitchen team, and continues to push us to be better every day.

Watching our kitchen grow from one chef to a team of three in just a few months has been amazing, and we're excited for what's ahead.

We just want to say thank you. The support you've shown Stallone's has been incredible, and we're so grateful.

As many of you know, our kitchen is tiny—probably smaller than most home kitchens! Every dish is cooked fresh to order by our incredible chef, who puts care and love into every plate that leaves the pass.

Because of that, wait times can vary during our busiest nights. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. We promise we're never cutting corners—we're focused on serving food we're proud of.

Stallone's is an experience, not fast food.
