Nomad is OPEN tomorrow from 11 AM – 3 PM!

We’re excited to welcome you back and introduce you to our new team at Nomad. The crew is fired up, excited to be here, and most importantly — excited to cook for you!

And oh yeah… there’s one more pretty big change.

We’re excited to welcome our new Executive Chef, Gary Vick 👨‍🍳

Gary trained under some of the best chefs in Vancouver and has worked in some incredible kitchens, including The Cannery, Café de Paris, and The Vancouver Club, where he worked alongside Sean Cousins.

Gary is bringing his own fun flair, creativity, and excellent ex*****on to the Nomad kitchen — and we can’t wait for you to experience it.

New team. New energy. Same Nomad spirit.

🎉 Great news—we’ve got a team! 🎉

That means we’re excited to be back open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays!

☀️ Our updated summer hours:
🍽️ Thursday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🌙 Friday & Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

And there’s more! We heard our families, and our refreshed summer menu now includes a Kids Menu so there’s something for everyone. 🎉

Hi everyone! We sincerely apologize to anyone who came by and found us closed yesterday. We were incredibly grateful to have record sales, but with a staff shortage and our shelves emptied faster than expected, we had to close briefly so we could restock with our suppliers.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and amazing support—it truly means the world to us! We can’t wait to welcome you back with a fully stocked kitchen and all your Nomad favourites. See you soon, and thank you for helping make us so busy! ❤️🍽️

Hey y’all, due to our current staffing availability, we have adjusted our operating hours to align with our team’s capacity.

Our hours are now:

• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We appreciate your understanding as we work through these staffing challenges and continue to provide the best experience we can with our available team.

Wow thank you everyone who showed up to support Nomad this afternoon and sorry we had to close as we sold out. Our burgers are delicious and such an extraordinary lunch service.
