Introducing Tonino’s!
A new takeout pizzeria that’s been in the works since last year. A lot of blood, sweat tears, and cold night’s working after late shifts at Born and Raised! Different dough, a different style, and a new direction we’ve been excited to share with you.
Inspired by the combined experience and collaboration between Chef Charlie and Chef Vittorio, these are what we’re calling North-End style pizzas. Light, crispy and big pies, just how Nono Tonino would expect out of a good pizza!
Named after Chef Vittorio’s dad, Tonino, it’s rooted in where this all started while pushing into something new.
Been cutting it tight, but we’re opening just in time for Art Crawl today! Friday, April 10, through Sunday, April 12, right beside Born and Raised on Robert Street.
We’re serving up 4 killer pies:
Traditional White - rapini, sausage, banana peppers, fior di latte
Classic Pepperoni - and we don’t go light on the pepperoni
Margherita - house tomato sauce, high-fat mozzarella, fresh basil
Calabrese - soppressata, Infornata olives, Grana Padano
