We at Cafe Troy are devoted to local freshness and quality ingredients. We search the area for the finest quality food the area has to offer. The eggs used in our Quiches and Creme Brule are from the Crawford farms,
and the McCoy farms here in Troy. Our mushroom are from the Agro Farms near Troy, and our maple syrup which you can purchase in the Pottery is used in our Maple Creme Brule and is sup

plied to us by the Hunter Farms here in Troy. When the Summer season arrives we use produce from our local Troy farms, cucumbers, tomatoes, berries and potatoes which are all found
in abundance in our area. Our herbs are grown here on the property of Cafe Troy. We hope you will enjoy the comfortable, congenial, country ambience of Cafe Troy,
as we continues to strive to serve you the best the area has to offer.
