Unfortunately, I have to share that I won't be at the Pawsitively Festival tomorrow. 💔

I was really looking forward to seeing everyone, but my vertigo is still hanging on. While I'm improving, I'm not well enough to spend the day baking, loading up, driving, and working the event safely.

I'm so disappointed to miss another event, especially one I was excited about. Thank you to everyone who has checked in on me, sent kind messages, and been so understanding over the past couple of weeks. It truly means more than you know.

I'm hoping this stubborn vertigo decides to pack its bags soon so I can get back to doing what I love—baking butter tarts and seeing all of your smiling faces.

If you're heading to the festival tomorrow, I hope you have an amazing time and support all the wonderful vendors. ❤️

🐾 WE'RE HEADING TO THE PAWSITIVELY ELGIN DOG FESTIVAL... WE HOPE! 🐾

The plan is to be in St. Thomas this Saturday, July 18 for the Pawsitively Elgin Dog Festival, and we can't wait to see everyone!

🐶 Bring your pups for a fun-filled day, then stop by the Butter Me Bitchy Home Bakery booth and treat yourself to some award-winning butter tarts. (Sorry, the tarts are for the humans! 😉🥧)

🌧️ Rain doesn't scare us! We'll still be there if it's just rain.

That said, there are a few things out of our control:
⛈️ If the forecast is still calling for severe thunderstorms, we'll have to put safety first and stay home.

💛 I'm still recovering from vertigo, so I need to be feeling well enough tomorrow to spend the day baking. Thankfully, I'm improving every day, and I'm really hoping tomorrow is the day this finally clears up!

🌫️ We'll also be keeping a close eye on the air quality because of the wildfire smoke. If conditions aren't safe, we'll make the difficult decision to stay home.
I'll post an update Saturday morning if anything changes.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and support while I get back on my feet. Here's hoping for clear skies, clean air, no vertigo, and a trailer full of butter tarts! 🤞🥧🐾

💔 I'm so sorry, Kincardine...

I hate having to do this, but unfortunately I won't be at tomorrow's market.

I woke up this morning with a severe bout of vertigo—the worst one I've had in quite a while. As much as I was looking forward to seeing everyone and bringing you all the butter tart goodness, I have to put my health first and give my body the time it needs to recover.

I sincerely apologize to everyone who was planning to stop by. I know many of you come looking for your favourite tarts, and I'm disappointed that I'll miss seeing all of your smiling faces.

Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support. It truly means the world to me. ❤️

I hope to be back behind the table very soon with all your favourite Butter Me Bitchy treats.
