This is an order for today. A chocolate cake with my special chocolate buttercream.
I use fair trade coca powder in my chocolate cakes because that’s super important to me!

I always worry sprinkles might ruin cakes and cupcakes because some how they might make it less cute!?
Let me know what you think!

This past Saturday my friend and I enjoyed this homemade strawberry shortcake turned cupcakes!

A gorgeous shortcake cupcake topped with fresh whipped cream and strawberries!

If I sold these I might not include the strawberries since it’s much better when they are freshly cut. But if you would like some strawberry shortcake with a gorgeous whipped cream let me know!

Tomorrow I am making cheesecake cups!
$22 for 12 or $2 each. There’s a choice of strawberries, chocolate ganache or homemade caramel sauce.

Drop off in the afternoon or pickup in Goderich!

Wednesday/ Thursday you can order cake or cupcakes!
Cake is $45 (6”, six layers)

Next week is Canada Day and one of my favorite memories was going up to the cottage and getting fresh strawberries and putting them on angle food cake with whipped cream.

I am taking orders for next week. Wether you celebrate Canada day or not there’s going to be something for you.

I’m thinking of making fresh strawberry shortcake an option for next week!

Or you could order a 6 inch, 6 layer cake in chocolate or vanilla with my gorgeous buttercream!

Grammy’s sour cream coffee cake muffins are a must! They might not agree with the time of year or weather but you can’t go wrong with sour cream and chocolate!
