This is what a twilight tee time looks like.

The course quiets down. The light goes warm and the shadows stretch across the greens in a way that makes every hole feel a little more dramatic. There is a pace to afternoon golf at Shadow that you just do not get earlier in the day.

It is not the backup option. It is honestly one of the best ways to play this course.

Monday just got a whole lot better.

Starting this Monday, you can play Shadow Mountain's Signature 9. Holes 1 through 4 and 14 through 18. The best nine holes in British Columbia, according to us and anyone who has played them.

5-7 in the evening, $55 for adults, $27 for juniors. That golden hour light included at no extra charge. If you have been looking for a reason to get out next week, this is it. Book your spot and we will see you Monday.

You will see it and immediately reconsider every club in your bag.

A par 3 that plays 100 to 185 yards, depending on where you tee it. Simple enough. Except between you and that green sits one of the most visually imposing waste bunkers on the course. Wide, sandy, and completely unavoidable from the tee box. It just stares back at you.

The yardage says short. Your eyes will say otherwise.

The Bear's Den is where the stories get told. The putt that lipped out on 12. The drive you absolutely flushed on 7. The bunker on Desert Dunes that had other plans.

Good food, cold drinks, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. Which, honestly, is the whole point.

Play the round. Then stick around. You earned it.
