Since we will be on vacation after today, I thought I would post a list of what we have in the fridge and freezer in case anyone wants to stock up.

Fridge:

Today we have also made some Brisket Poutine. Slow cooked tender Brisket, housemade Garlic Aioli, Our garlic Potato Wedges, cheese, Bacon. Delicious!

Happy Saturday! We're open 10-3 today. In the fridge we have:

Ukrainian Dinner
Goat Cheese, Spinach, Sundried Tomato Stuffed Chicken, Fried Pork Cutlet with Potato Salad and Pasta Salad

We also have some side dishes prepared- baked beans, potato salad, and corn salad 🥗
