Henrics Cookies Hello to all my wonderful clients. Since then, my 2 growing boys (Henry & Eric) are now nearly 5 and 6 and starting a adventure together. Style in every bite.

A few years ago I had to slow down on my spa services to accommodate my little family..then it pretty much came to a end with the addition of my second son very soon after the arrival of my first. I completely understand if this may not be something you're interested in and choose to no longer follow the page, but, we'd love it if you stay along with us for this next journey into COOKIES! With this week feeling far too 'FALL' we added in our fall latte flavours..the cookies will come September 1st!

But it also means our 1st visit to Spirit Halloween (one of many) this year in Barrie it's located in the old Toys R Us building! Already so many great things out on the floor and so much more to come!

It put me in the spirit to bring out our sweet little Carol the sewer rat. She becomes part of the family. We'll, I think so.. my oldest son would rather toss her off the deck. We even have a Carol sized latte that she holds on the rough days 🤪

Taking it back to the beginning.. how Henrics first started making our cookies. Still large & in charge but without the control. We let them be authentically them and let them spread and create all that delicious crunch on the outside with the soft insanity on the inside.

These beautiful babies are on the docket for all events this week. Get it along with Henrics Cinnamon Bun Latte! Also going to be our featured latte again this week! I had SO many message asking for it again this week. So.. I hear & appreciate you! 💛

Happy sunny Tuesday puppies! ☀️

I'm sure we all hit those realizations even though we know their gone..but some days it hits. The grandparents are all gone. I think a lot of times they're what held the family together (be it however dysfunctional or 'normal' it was) then.. the family just stops spending time, talking, remembering each other.. then you realize your children maybe haven't even met any of them. So you relive the stories to tell them who they are.

We always used to go to my grandma's and grandpa's for holidays & ALL family members birthdays. Then.. all gone. One of the only things I wanted after they passed were the family BBQ plates & cups. Got them!

So tonight we're doing my birthday 'grandparents style' with a few of my own tweeks.

A new idea for your sourdough loaf.. bake in some spinachie goodness!

Cheese, cheese and more cheese mixed, stuffed and baked to perfection! I can just feel the waist on my jeans getting tighter! 🤣🤣

We're all in that invisible line my friends..so eat the bread!!

Come on out and enjoy a sweet treat you can drink! Unfortunately I won't have many baked goodies for tomorrow. Sidenote about me.. I have terrible anemia and it often makes me hit a wall..that I usually push right through. However, right now its kicking my butt.

So, tomorrow we have all our favourite bevies & our famous banana bread 🍌

On my page I absolutely like to promote my business, my products & what I do. But I also like to show that things are serious & real life. Things are amazing & things can also crap out!

Its a page about running my business, being a mom & being unapologetically me. Is every day rainbows and sunshine..? Hell no! But every day has its own uniqueness to it that makes it beautiful.

We've had a rough week (bah) so we all ditched what ever we each had going on today and had an 'US' day!

Nothing to do with coffee or cookies..business or working.

Public service announcement really. I've had enough. For years I've had the most outrageous things said to me.. no more!

The next picture of unwanted anything I receive, will all be posted.. like a wonderful little collaboration, or scrapbook if you will.. for all to see. Not just the 4 I send them to. Then the 4 those 4 send them to, then the next 4.. you see how it keeps going..right?

A lot goes into a market day, that the average person my not realize.

It doesn't just start the morning of the market (or event). It takes time to collect supplies, stamp cups, bags and boxes. Bake everything for that day and get it ready for transport. Make coldbrew, cold foam, prep recipes and make your signage for each day. Get ice, milk, cream and all cold products you will need.

Store all the equipment in the truck and hook on the trailer. Stock all items that can travel in the trailer, in the trailer. Drive to your event, like a BOSS! Park that bad boy and unhook. Remove all items and set up the trailer for operations. Prep the generator! (I know nothing about the generator)

When it comes time to go home..do it all again, but in reverse. Do a deep clean at home and prep for the next morning.

A 5 hour market isn't a 5 hour job. Its countless hours to make sure that 5 hours is the best service you can possibly make for everyone that stops by your window.
