Helping you to prepare for the upcoming school year, going back to work, new baby arriving, just being prepared for the busy day to day schedule. These meals are in your freezer ready for you to take out and just put in the crock pot, oven or cook on the stove top. Saving you time! For our public workshops we have a different menu each month. A selection of chicken, beef, pork, fish and even veg
etarian. We are able to modify the menu for dairy and gluten free options. How does it work? We send you a list of ingredients and instructions. You bring your ingredients with you to class and we provide you with the tools and facility to prepare 10 freezer meals! You leave all of the mess, garbage, recycling, compost and clean up to us!
