Cocktail of the Month: Stampedialyte

Irish Whisky, Caribbean Pineapple, Salted Strawberry, Lime Leaf, Acid-Adjusted Coconut Water

Created by Rhiannon, this month’s feature cocktail is inspired by Stampede, the most wonderful time of the year for many Calgarians. She named it Stampedialyte after the inevitable hangover that comes with ten days of partying. It’s fun and refreshing summer flavours of salted strawberry with lime leaf infused coconut water to rehydrate you on your worst/best day. Whiskey cuz it’s Stampede and a little pineapple for zesty sweetness.
