We had the pleasure of providing full-day catering for the XX Summit by , bringing together founders, investors, and leaders from across Canada to explore the future of women's capital, leadership, and economic influence.

From breakfast and coffee service to lunch, afternoon snacks, and a networking reception, our team kept attendees fueled throughout a full day of meaningful conversations, learning, and connection.

We're grateful to have been part of an event dedicated to advancing entrepreneurship, investment, and leadership, and to support the important conversations happening throughout the day.

For this event, every element was designed to feel cohesive and intentional, from the bold pops of red to the place settings and finishing touches. When food, design, and atmosphere work together, it creates something guests remember long after the last course is served.

We loved creating this elevated plated dinner experience featuring beautiful seasonal ingredients, thoughtful flavours, and locally inspired dishes from start to finish.

From mirin compressed cucumber & green apple, to a warm asparagus salad with arugula, radish, tahini cream, lemon vinaigrette, and truffled mushroom crumble, AAA Alberta beef tenderloin with crisp potato pavé and sherry jus, slow-baked Alberta steelhead trout with spring vegetable nage, and a strawberry cream puff layered with rhubarb, basil, and vanilla cream — every course was designed to feel refined, fresh, and memorable.

Thoughtful food, beautifully presented, and shared around the table with great company. ✨
