Highlander: Nut Brown Ale
this complex dark beauty has all kinds of stuff happening. Malty with chocolate, coffee, and of course nuts( loads and loads of nuts). Balancing all that flavour with the perfect level of an ever so lightly sweet finish. Bogie:WEST COAST AMERICAN IPA

uble Bogie: Brewed using the same grain bill and 5 hop schedule as its little BOGIE (only a boat load more). Deliciously huge piney and grapefruit citrus flavours, with enough booze and malt to provide a fair fight on balancing this epic Ale. Black Donald:Stout
This stout is brewed using lots of dark malts to create its richly complex roasted flavour. We balance all that malt with a kick ass hop schedule to create a beer that is well balanced, and thick enough to stop a bullet. Grassy bay: Saison
This Belgian style farm house ale is sure to astonish your taste buds. Crazy amounts of stone fruits, lemon citrus, spice and of course (you guess it) GRASS. Earth tones and the aroma of freshly planted fields of lemon grass will fill your senses. Whistling Paddy:Wheat Ale
This is a classic Wheat Ale brewed with 3 different hop varieties. While the grain bill is typically 2 row and wheat malt split. We added orange and coriander in the boil to compliment the hop selection; giving this beer high points for its creamy mouth feel.

While some of you may be contemplating the wisdom of allowing your children to indulge in chocolate for breakfast this morning, the Redneck Bistro staff would like to extend the warmest Happy Easter Wishes to our esteemed guests and friends on this joyous Easter Sunday!
