SECRET MENU! MEATBALL POUTINE! So there’s a lot going on to make this simple poutine! First I made the meatballs with a mix of beef, pork and veal and of course some seasonings, the sauce as you should know me by now I only use san Marzano tomatoes which are naturally sweeter and oh soo delicious! Then I grated some fresh pecorino romano and sprinkled with some parsley and thyme! Remember to follow the fb page cuz SECRET means I won’t tell you! YOU have to know!

2 SECRET MENUS this week! First we have DEEP FRIED PORK BELLY POUTINE, poutine topped with deep fried pork belly drizzled with a house Korean bbq sauce, and kewpie mayo, then topped with crispy fried onions and sprinkled with black and white sesame seeds!!!! 2nd by request we have PBand J poutine! This is a poutine drizzled with a house peanut satay sauce and house raspberry chipotle jam then topped with deep fried jalapeños! SECRET MENU means YOU have to follow the fb page to know what they are!!! I won’t tell you! Starts Friday Aug 21st!

It’s a traditional poutine topped with with house taco beef, aged cheddar, house SALSA ( it’s delicious) , sour cream and then crushed DORITOS to finish!
