Something’s been off behind the scenes, and I wanted to be honest with everyone. ❤️
If you’ve noticed we’ve been quieter on Instagram lately, especially in our Stories, there’s a reason.
Our account is active. Our account status is green. We can post photos, reels, and reply to messages. But for some reason, we can’t post to Stories or write any caption.
We’ve tried everything we can think of, and nothing seems to be working.
We don’t know what’s causing it. It could simply be a technical issue, or it’s possible our account was falsely flagged. At this point, we honestly don’t know-we just know it’s incredibly frustrating.
As a small business, our Stories are one of the biggest ways we connect with our community. It’s where we share our daily specials, behind-the-scenes moments, new products, and what life is really like running a family business.
Lately it feels like we’ve had one challenge after another. Between vandalized signs, false refund phone calls, and now social media issues, it can feel overwhelming. Some days it feels like every time we take a step forward, something tries to push us back.
Truth is… it’s been a tough season.
For those who know me personally, you know I’ve been carrying a lot behind the scenes. Running a small business while navigating life isn’t always as aesthetic as social media makes it look.
But here’s the thing…
We’re still here.
You can’t stop people who have a reason bigger than themselves.
My family is my why. They’re the reason I keep getting up before sunrise, pushing through the hard days, and believing this dream is worth fighting for. As a woman in business, I’ve learned resilience isn’t something you’re born with-it’s something you choose, over and over again.
To whoever may be trying to slow us down-whether this is simply a glitch or something more-please know one thing:
We’re still here.
You won’t stop us from showing up for our customers, our community, or our family. You won’t stop us from opening our doors every morning, serving great coffee, or continuing to build what we’ve poured our hearts into.
And to our community…
I see you.
To every person who has stopped in for a coffee, bought a pastry, shared one of our posts, left an encouraging comment, recommended us to a friend, or simply chose to support a local family-run business instead of a big chain…
Thank you.
So if you want to help us beat the algorithm (or whatever is happening 😅), show this post some love, share it, tag a friend, or come by and grab your favourite drink.
The support you show a small business doesn’t just help a business.
It helps a family. ❤️
We’re not going anywhere.
See you tomorrow. ☕🤍
