Fully embracing cozy season with these two delicious items making a comeback. It’s officially time to whip out the sweatpants, take a brisk walk around the lake, and enjoy a warm bowl of chili or a cup of gut broth by the fire.

On September 26th at 4:00pm we are hosting a launch party for FLOW DOULA CO.!!

60 minute open-air prenatal yoga class led by Natalie Jones, followed by a patio after party with live music, massages, henna, a flower bouquet bar, photobooth, and more!!

If you’re pregnant, or know someone who is, you’re not going to want to miss this event

(you also don’t have to be pregnant to attend, everyone is welcome 🤗)
