For decades, Chef Dan has been the heart, soul, and flavour behind every plate that leaves our kitchen. From the very first dish to the thousands of meals shared around our tables, his passion, dedication, and love for what he does have made Bavaria the place it is today❤️

He’s not just our chef… he’s the person who brings our family, our team, and our guests together through incredible food and unforgettable memories.
