Miriam Quesada is back. Green grapes, cherry and mint, an expressive coffee.
We've been buying Miriam's coffees since 2023 and visited her farm, El Guayacan, in 2024. Set on a steep hillside in Acevedo, Huila, the farm sits at 1550 masl and is planted mainly with Pink and Striped Bourbon.
This Superfreak is an anaerobic natural Pink Bourbon. We roast it relatively light to preserve its fruit-forward character and more subtle herbal notes.
At our shops, we will be serving it as a flight: hot brew alongside a cold brew. This lets you taste two different expressions of the same coffee side by side.
Miriam’s coffee has become a favourite among our team and many of our customers. It’s a distinct profile we look forward to every year, and it usually goes fast, so get it while it’s here.
