🎄🎄 CHRISTMAS IS HERE🎄🎄
Well almost. Like, it's coming. Christmas is coming.
Anyway, gifts. People like coffee. If you wanna give a gift that people will be happy was given to them, give them coffee as a gift. Now, where can I find such coffee to be given as a gift, you ask? Well that's what we're here to talk about. I think. For who can tell what we're really here for anyway?
First up, we have some bags from a roastery that needs no introduction, but we're introducing them anyway:
- Milly Cake: Once is an accident. Twice is a coincidence. Thrice is a tradition. For the third time, we are proposing the Milky Cake for Christmas, as this coffee is Christmas in a cup. Cardamom, honey, vanilla, everything you need to feel cozy watching snow fall. An incredible coffee coming from .bermudeztapia that is beloved by many.
- Strawberry Kiss: expect red fruit jam in a cup, topped off by lovely florals. A perfect representation of a natural Ethiopian coffee, this lot from the famous Rumu Damo washing station is just too good to pass.
Next up is our good friends from .gent . Lovely people, super helpful and masters of their craft, they have been a part of our journey from the very start as we've been roasting our own beans on their machine. We love them and are super happy to have them on our shelves once again.
- West Valley Costa Rica : This washed blend of Caturra, Catuai and Typica will offer a crisp acidity, smooth mouthfeel and the warm comfort of cocoa nibs. Another Christmas comfort treat.
- Finca Jimenez, Guatemala: a fully washed bourbon, offering a red apple acidity with stone fruit and an almond finish. The perfect daily drinker.
And to finish us up, we have our own beans. A washed bourbon from Finca otocani in Peru for our espresso and a fully washed field blend from Tanzania on the batch brew. Just pop by to try them in the bar!
