Jen and the girls have put together a great selection of GF ready to cook Pizza's and Pies for all to enjoy. Our regular "Butchers Pizza" with your choice of a rich tomato or smokey barbecue base, or if you want something with a little spice, there is "The Spicey Butcher". This weeks new pie is a GF 24hr Braised Beef with rich red tomato and pan fried onion. Fill the Freezer...we have a small side of beef, weighing 94kgs at $14:50/kg and a porker of 60kgs at $13:50/kg. The side of beef will include mince, sausages and corned silverside in addition to all the standard cuts. The pork will be cut into forequarter chops, pork cutlets, belly strip's, belly, loin chops and leg roasts. Another Beautiful Morning here in the North West. Jen, Jess, Keely and I would like to say "Thank You" to everyone that attended the "Wynyard Gather and Glow" event on Friday night. A great night which was enjoyed by all. Events such as this are not only great for promoting local businesses, but they also strengthen community ties.
