Hello everyone, it's Apple.

This is not an easy post to write.

After the passing of Feng, I will be stepping in to continue the work she built.

This journey began with someone very special who taught me everything I know about cooking.

Feng taught me how to cook and generously shared all her knowledge with me.
She inspired me—but more than that, she believed in me before I fully believed in myself.

I may never be exactly like her, but everything she taught me will live on in every dish I make.

Soon, we will continue her legacy in a new way—through a food truck 🚚💕

Feng came to Australia with a dream. She became a qualified chef, a proud citizen, and built not one but two Thai restaurants in Tasmania. She was known for her warmth, her laughter, and food that brought people together.
This truck carries her spirit- every dish is inspired by her, every flavour tells part of her journey.
This isn't just Thai street food... this is Feng's legacy. 🤍✨️

🖤With a heavy heart, we want to let everyone know that we will be CLOSING our restaurant.

🙏We want to thank each and every one of you for your incredible support, loyalty, and friendship over the years. You weren’t just customers to us — you became part of our extended family, and we are truly grateful for every meal shared, every conversation, and every memory made within these walls.

As many of you know, my beautiful wife Feng passed away on 22 December 2025. Feng wasn’t just an amazing chef — cooking was her life, her passion, and her way of showing love. She put her heart into every dish that left the kitchen, and nothing made her happier than seeing people enjoy her food.

She loved cooking for all of you. Truly.
This restaurant was her dream, and because of your support, she was able to live that dream every single day.

Closing our doors is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do, but I will always carry her spirit, her strength, and her passion with me.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for supporting us, for supporting Feng, and for being part of our journey.

We will never forget you.
