Over the next 4 weeks as part of our challenge, we’ll be tracking performance, refining technique, and pushing for progress across our key benchmarks:

• Barbell Chest Press - 6 Rep Max
• Barbell Squats - 6 Rep Max
• 1 Minute Conditioning - Max Distance or Calories

Our focus isn’t just heavier weights or better scores - it’s about better form, more control, and tracked progression.
