Fresh whipped cold foam on top of iced cold drip, dusted with cinnamon and sprinkled with orange zest…mmmm she’s delish 🤤
We’ve also some natural flavour to our 12HR cold drip single origin coffee, by infusing the water with orange peel 🍊

We will be open:
Good Friday: 8am - 1pm
Saturday: 7:30 - 1:30pm
Sunday: 8am - 1pm
Easter Monday: 8am - 1pm
And then back to our regular schedule from Tuesday 7th (6:30am - 2:00pm)

* Roastery will be closed Friday - Monday, any online orders placed within this time period will be attended to first thing Tuesday morning! 💕

An iced latte that tastes like a cup of milk isn’t the way to start the day 🙅- that’s why at Bolt we add an extra shot for a more balanced flavour!
Our standard dine in Iced Latte (pictured) comes with 4 shots of delicious Bolt espresso (our house blend ‘Blue’), poured over ice and with your choice of milk ✨

Of course at Bolt extra shots are no extra charge 💲so this price is still standard for this one, and if you need less shots that fine with us too! We will check with you at the till 😉

Bolt Cold Drip - a great drink for a refreshing, but caffeinated, summer hit! ☕️🔩💥

The Tiamo Cold Drip tower is one of the funkiest and delicious ways of brewing cold coffee - we’ve been obsessed for years! This contraption lives at our Bayswater Roastery but the Cold Drip is available to order from the Middy Cafe!��🌡️Temperature plays a key role in the tastiness factor of this beverage! Cold Drip is smoother and less acidic than coffee brewed with hot water. It has a heavier body and richer flavour than a standard cold brew, whilst maintaining the same delicious coffee notes you get from a good roast.

The top reservoir slowly drips iced water over the bed of ground coffee, which is then filtered through into the bottom vessel which collects the brewed coffee. This slow process amounts to less than 1 drip per second over 12 hours!

A staple on our menu since 2022, a cup of Cold drip is $5.50 and is served in an 8oz cup over ice. ✨ ask us for a taste at the cafe next time you are in!
