Even specialty coffee hides surprises, stones and debris from drying, so every batch runs through the destoner before it's bagged.

Family names, family land, family business 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Sparks comes from a piece of land my dad bought 35 years ago, named partly after all of us, Sarah, Pa, Anna, Robert, Kim and Steven.

We grew up there. Built houses, planted 30,000 trees, shared a lot of coffees around the campfire.

That's a name worth having. ☕
