Your morning flat white, but it tastes like strawberry, vanilla and milk chocolate. 🍓

That's not a flavour syrup. That's just what this coffee does in milk.

Strawberry Creme is part of our co-ferment series. Brazil and Colombia processed together to coax out flavours that don't usually show up in a cup. It's been doing this since 2024. Golden Bean agreed both times. Silver medal in 2024, Silver medal again in 2026. 🥈🥈

If you've been curious about specialty coffee but not sure where to start, this is the one. Approachable, genuinely interesting, and it tastes exactly like the name suggests.

Are rising coffee prices actually justified, or is it just an easy excuse?

We hear both sides a lot. Some reckon the price hikes are overdue, coffee's been undervalued for years given what farmers deal with. Others think it's become a convenient excuse to pad margins.

Truth is, we're paying more for green coffee and shipping than we were a couple of years ago, same as most independent roasters. But we get why people are sceptical too.

We're back from the Australian Golden Bean 2026 in Brisbane, and stoked with how we went 🏆

Entered a few different coffees this year and came home multiple award winners. Always good tasting what other roasters are doing and benchmarking our own blends against the best in the country.

At the Golden Bean Australasia this year I got to reunite with Miguel from Flora Fruto, a coffee grower from Colombia who I first met over a few rums in Guatemala last year.

His coffee now lives in two of our blends and getting to showcase that here made it even more special.
