This month’s flavours have arrived!! It’s not a month go miss 😍

🍊 Orange Blossom & Almond Loaf — velvety almond ice cream layered with ribbons of aromatic orange blossom caramel and generous chunks of buttery almond loaf. Delicate floral notes meet rich roasted almonds for a flavour that’s elegant, indulgent and completely unforgettable.

🍪 Vegan Cookie Dough — delicious coconut ice cream folded through with chunks of dark chocolate cookie dough. Creamy, chocolatey and loaded with texture, proving once and for all that vegan doesn’t mean missing out.

A favourite inspired by Mati’s mum’s recipe, and something he grew up with at birthdays and family celebrations!

So many of our flavours and recipes come from the people dearest to us, and we love sharing a little piece of them with you 💓

A staple growing up for Mati at birthdays and holidays was his mum’s carrot cake 🥕 We’ve been making this flavour for nearly 10 years now, with a few little additions along the way, like the orange zest in the cream cheese icing that we know you’ll love!

Ivi’s Carrot Cake 🧡-
Lightly spiced cinnamon ice cream
Chunks of carrot cake
Orange zest infused cream cheese icing swirl
(Contains gluten, dairy, eggs)

🥃 Hot Cross Rum – our Easter twist on rum & raisin. Think creamy rumnog ice cream with cozy cinnamon vanilla, crispy toasted hot cross bun chunks (yes, like little croutons 😍) and delicate swirls of orange marmalade. Bold, festive and very indulgent. (Contains alcohol & gluten)
