Chef Gurps Bagga and Manchester born Chef Scott O’Sullivan are back together for one night only.
This time, they’re bringing you the British Curry Club, a celebration of the curry house classics that became part of British food culture.

Expect poppadums, onion bhaji, prawn cocktail, tandoori chicken tikka, Chicken Jhalfrezi, Balti Beef and all the sides, finished with Kashmiri Saffron Panna Cotta.

CHEF ROHAN PARK x SAUMA 🌿

For one night only, Chef Gurps Bagga welcomes Chef Rohan Park into the Sauma kitchen for a special collaborative dinner.

With over 15 years of experience across some of Perth’s leading kitchens, including Old Young’s Kitchen, Leeuwin Estate, Wills Domain, Fleur and native ingredient led pop up Fervor, Rohan brings a deep knowledge of Australian produce and native ingredients to the table.

Together, Gurps and Rohan will explore the connection between Indian flavours and the Australian landscape, combining Himalayan rooted spices with native ingredients across a multi course feast.
