Now this is real beef mince 😍 Bright red, nothing else but pure beef. Grass feed from my amazing friends Michelle & Mario from their farm They pride themselves on premium grade produce. The flavour is sensational! I eat fish 2-3 times per week so I’m great at balancing my omega 3’s, selenium, iodine, B12’s, magnesium, zinc etc but my iron level can drop quiet low being a woman so I ensure I balance my diet. Adding their pumpkin, zucchini & garlic I do a big cook up every couple of months with their mince to ensure I eat healthy to keep my immune system fighting fit during those freezing cold market mornings 🥰💪💕

Ok so Im no food photographer 😜😆 but I wanted to share one of my latest fish species from last week. Wild Caught Barramundi … look at those fat lines 🤤 I did jazz it up with a dash of teriyaki sauce, which complemented it beautifully 😍 served with turmeric rice and biodynamic broccoli from

This is what markets are about…. Community…. Willow from had the morning off from trading at our market but still came down to support her other local stall holders, with no sleep helping another friend having a baby, she stayed with me battling down the hatches and helping stop lids flying 🤣 we had such a laugh, this woman is amazing 🥰😘 Thanks to our market manager Kylie for getting this shot

So today was a rough day for markets, the worst ⛈️ but a lot of you still came out and I’m so grateful 🥰🙏🏼 I was really struggling in the wind by myself 🫠 So a huge thank you to all my customers that helped hold the awning down whilst buying fish, you’re the best! And to my fellow stall holders that helped me put my stall back together a few times, thank you, you’re amazing 🤩 sorry I had to pack up early 😢 I had to freeze a lot of fish so your support next week is appreciated 🥰🐟

Sooooooo I have a new supplier of Fresh South Australian oysters and they are absolutely sensational! I’ve shucked them fresh tonight for you so grab them this weekend 🥳 I’ve left that beautiful salt water in them and not washed out like other suppliers do with tap water 🤮 so they remain plump, super fresh, briny and taste just like the ocean 🌊

Picked fresh we'll have plenty of our certified Demeter biodynamic organic vegies and fruit tomorrow at Perth City Farm Farmers Market Saturday's 8am to 12pm. With the changing seasons our summer veg are slowing down and the winter veg are starting to produce. We'll have our own organically grown grass and vegie fed beef cuts, pork cuts and goat curry/stew packs in the freezers and our fresh vacuum sealed NITRATE FREE BACON.
