Back with all your favourites this weekend 🐟 We have fresh Clams direct from Shark Bay Vongole Fresh Oysters from Coffin Bay, Fresh Mussels from Yumbah Aquaculture plus lots of Fresh local fish fillets, Freshly filleted today! We stock the amazing Sashimi grade Fresh NZ King Salmon from Akaroa King Salmon and Fresh Atlantic and the super popular Wild Caught Sokeye Salmon from Alaska. Market day tomorrow at Perth City Farm Farmers Market
We're out in the beautiful sunshine picking you the freshest organic vegies and citrus ready for tomorrow. We'll have a selection of our meats in the freezers. There's plenty of blueberries from Gingin. We've also got Goats Milk and Yoghurt from CAPRINO FARM and Goats Gelato and Cheeses from LOCAL GOAT. The seasons are changing and we're busy getting areas ready and planting the first summer crops. Be patient as they grow and the winter vegetables start to slow.

Every week we stock the most beautiful & buttery FRESH NZ King Salmon from Akaroa King Salmon 🐟 It’s accreditation of no gm’s, no antibiotics & no hormones makes it a great option for a high omega 3 intake. An amazing fish to sashimi, ceviche, pan fry or bake… it makes a quick and healthy mid week meal. I bake mine in my Weber BBQ on high for 12minutes, after simply salting the skin and adding cracked pepper on top. Bake skin down, no turning and voila 😍 Get yours fresh every weekend Kombination Seafoods 🥰🐟

I had to fully re-stock the seafood Kombi today! So all fresh and frozen stock was freshly processed today! Did you know the reason we will never have a shop is because we turn over 120kg fresh fillets, fresh oysters, fresh clams, fresh Mussels and all the frozen Prawns, Scallops, Squid, Sardines, Octopus etc EVERY WEEK!! We don’t sit on our stock like other fish mongers.
