Thanks to you lovely people for coming out tonight - so many beautiful faces!

The menu:

Baked salmon, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, chilli, roast spring veg.

Traditional ratatouille.

Baked ricotta and pumpkin salad with cherry tomatoes, basil, seeded mustard vinaigrette.

Gluten free apple crumble.

Washed down with a glass of good red (or two).

💫 Tonight 💫

Chef Kenny conjured up the feeling of spring emerging on the horizon after a cold winter with his bright and zesty dishes, full of colour, flavour and texture.

Grilled Barra with a fresh salsa verde, lemony oven baked baby potatoes; a chickpea, fennel and apricot tray bake with green beans; a broccolini, cherry tomato and rocket salad + a sticky date toffee pudding with his own butterscotch sauce.

All gluten free, all fresh, all delicious and if you missed out this week we’ll be back next Friday with another menu as fresh as the onset of spring 🌸

For those of you looking for extra fun this weekend, you can folllow Kenny to the The Rec Waroona where he’ll be playing live in his other life as frontman of Los Removalists

☀️Dinner back Friday 4 September☀️

We’re not serving dinner tomorrow night but will be back from next Friday.

Thinking out loud: we’re working with Kidogo on their lovely winter soirée series and it involves weekly soups for the next few weeks.

How would you feel about a takeaway soup menu - order online and collect on a Thursday. Let us know in the poll and we’ll add it to our website.

We are offering a particularly cosy menu with a rich beef spezzatino (an Italian beef stew pronounced - SPETZ-A-TINO - don't let us catch you ordering a spezateenoe), a cauliflower and lentil stew for you plant lovers, a roasted brussel sprout salad to get your greens and the much loved favourite - our chocolate, almond and hazelnut brownie.
