This one’s a little special. Maison Maizen imperial harvest, grown slowly in the volcanic soils of Kagoshima and harvested just once a year.

It’s soft and silky with subtle hazelnut notes, finished with that deep, savoury umami that lingers in the best way - the kind you keep thinking about after the last sip.
