Last week was honestly such a good week. The communities that surrounded me, the people who engaged with my posts, the ones who let me make them famous, and all the beautiful compliments that came back — I’m feeling very grateful.

As a small business, I’ve gotta admit… I work bloody hard to get it all done in time to feed you, entertain you, and hopefully satisfy all those cravings. It’s tiring, chaotic, and a challenge all at the same time — but I genuinely enjoy what I do.

I love bringing you along for all my shenanigans, the laughs, the food, the madness, and the behind-the-scenes moments. It makes me happy to see you happy, and honestly, that’s what it’s all about for me.

🥰💕 How lovely was it to see Charmaine & Dean again!

A trip to the Kelmscott Makers Made Market was my excuse to catch up with them, and would you believe it… there they were! 😍

It’s one of the things I love most about this crazy food truck journey. What starts as customers grabbing a feed somehow turns into friendships that keep crossing paths month after month. ❤️

Of course these legends walked away with a couple of BLASTs 💥🥖 and hopefully enjoyed every last bite!

🤣💕 When continuously posting photos of my food on social media causes Michelle to tell me to “STOP IT!”…

…you know the marketing is working when she’s one of the first people standing at my window! 😜👌🥖

To be fair, Michelle has a point. Constantly seeing loaded panini, crispy arancini, cannoli and tiramisu popping up in your feed probably should come with a warning label. 🤤😂

But if I have to suffer looking at it while making it, then it’s only fair that everyone else suffers too! 😝

🤣🎥 The Adam Saga: A Story of Greatness Lost to Technology

Today a lovely chap named Adam came up to my window. At first he ordered a Continental, then changed his mind and went for a steak sandwich.

Now Adam was very clear about one thing… he didn’t want it burnt, he didn’t want it rubbery, and he wasn’t taking any chances! 😆

I told him to leave it with me because I was pretty confident he’d enjoy what I served up.

Fast forward a few minutes and there I am, watching Adam absolutely demolish this steak sandwich. Naturally, I wanted his honest opinion, so I whipped out my phone and started filming…

Adam proceeds to tell me:

“You know what? This honestly is the best steak sandwich I’ve ever bought.” 🤩

He then kept talking, saying something along the lines of “I’m going to let this one digest and then I’m coming back for another!”

I was already imagining the viral video, the awards, Adam becoming a social media sensation… 🌟

But as you can see from the footage… I should probably stick to cooking steak sandwiches because my filming career is clearly not taking off anytime soon. 🤦‍♀️😂

How devastated was I when I realised I hadn’t actually recorded any of the important bits!
