Well it's Easter nearly again and from all at Glenforest Takeaway we would like to wish you all a safe and happy Easter .
We will be opened
Good Friday
And Easter Saturday
But closed
Easter Sunday and
Monday and we will also be closed the Tuesday and wendsday and be back opened for buisness on Thursday the 9/4/26

Well it's that time of year again and from everyone at Glenforest Takeaway we would like to wish you all a safe and happy Xmas and may the new year bring you peace and happiness .

Hours of opening
We will be OPENED ( normally closed ) on Monday the 22nd of December and opened Tuesday the 23rd for carols at the oval .
But the CLOSED wendsday the 24 (Xmas Eve ).and reopened Friday the 2nd of January .
For some much needed Rest and recuperation.

I would also like to take this opertunaty to thank all our customers for your support, patience, and strength for what had been a difficult year but I am quietly optimistic and thankful and hope 2026 sees eveone in good health and happiness

Husband is out of hospital but still needs a bit of help and monitoring while he heals .
Therefor GLENFOREST TAKEAWAYs will be on reduced operating hours for this week at least and maybe even next week then hopefully back to normal .
Closed Mondays (normal )
Closed Tuesday
Closed Wendsday
Open the rest of the week .

To all customers Glenforest Takeaway will be closed tomorrow wendsday the 25.6.2025 .
To those who don't allready know my husband is going thu a serious health risk and although I will try for there to be as little disruption to both our businesses as possible reality is there is going to be disruptions i may have close without notice , I may have to leave suddenly, I may be closed longer than a day or so .
For Darlington Delivery customers your newspaper delivery maybe later than usual or not where it's normally thrown .
Whilst I make no apologies for putting my husband and his wellbeing first I do apologise in advance if this messes up anyone's plans or causes inconvenience.

Just a reminder Glenforest Takeaway WILL be open good Friday early ordering welcome .
We will then be closed from Easter Sunday till Wendsday 23 .4.2025 and will be reopened on Thursday the 24th .4 2025 .

Glenforest Takeaway will be closing early Saturday the 15th of Feb please have your orders in by 6.30pm as we will be closing at 7pm and will be not taking any orders after 6 30pm.

Glenforest Takeaway would like to wish everyone a safe and happy Christmas and new year .
We will be CLOSED from Tuesday the 24th of December re opening Thursday the 2nd of January .
Although we normally close on Mondays we will be opened Monday the 23rd for Xmas carols at the oval make sure you get your order in early .
