It was an incredible week at the Cottage. We braved the wet weather, welcomed adorable 4 legged customers, filled the store with new indoor plant stock and hosted a stained glass workshop.
The workshop was filled with talented individuals who produced beautiful stained glass objects for their garden/home. Thanks Di for sharing your amazing talent.

The BC team will be back from 7am tomorrow.

This week has been unforgettable.
✔️The sun shone brightly.
✔️Our outdoor seating areas experienced high demand.
✔️The Crows secured a narrow victory over Geelong.
✔️When faced with a critical moment, two strangers (sisters)provided extraordinary help and support, demonstrating exceptional kindness. Their selfless actions were a testament to the fact that not all heros wear capes. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for their efforts.
✔️The sweet peas have started to sprout.
✔️A visit from the Golden Retriever club brought great joy to many.

Just a normal Saturday at the Cottage then this happened.
We hosted the Golden Retriever Club including 6 of their four legged members.
The club delivered an information session for people considering a new family member. The session was informative and provided an opportunity for questions to be answered by Golden Retriever owners/experts.
Just the best work day.
A big thank you to the committee members and their four legged friends who throughly enjoyed a puppy chino.

Bellevue Cottage is hosting a Cancer Council's biggest morning tea fundraising event, with a raffle and donation box available for those who would like to support this worthy cause, given the significant impact of cancer on many people and families.

The week concluded at BC with another wonderful workshop. Attendees constructed beautiful wind chimes from a wide range of handcrafted ceramic pieces. The wind chimes will make a great addition to any garden. Thank you to everyone who attended and the super talented Gillian for sharing her craft with others.
I am pleased to reveal that Gillian will be conducting more workshops in the future and will be a vendor at this month’s community market.

The week ended with an incredible twinned basket workshop run by Cath from Garden of Weaving
Attendees did an amazing job producing beautiful baskets from materials found in nature.
We also took the opportunity to use the Karvan coffee cups that feature Cath’s beautiful art.
