Well it is probably time to say that the Kombi will be closing its doors on the 15 Sep, last day as we have decided what you are all thinking; the Kombi is far too small and crowded and echoey and has a crap kitchen and you need to connect to the rear alfresco, other than that not bad tucker and coffee haha. We will be visited by our architect next week to draw up plans for submission to council. We will be out for Elvis the Pelvis next year as we begin renovating the apartment upstairs (Deb, Linz and I) and then assist with the reno downstairs. We will not be seeking professional help with the design so this will be fun haha. We will certainly get professional help with the build from a great builder in town. We might run a vlog about all things good, bad and crazy. I have to take my Deb on a holiday before she divorces me but I have factored that into the extensions haha, we will keep you all updated going forward K.T p.s Deb is making me keep the rear garden and shortening the extensions so there is that
