Loaded spuds for an early lunch special today

We're looking for some part time casual help to complement our existing arrangements.

Duties will include

- serving customers
- making coffees and other drinks
- kitchen hand stuff
- cleaning
- closing the cafe
- extra hours/days occasionally

You will have

- an ability to make coffee
- a positive attitude
- initiative and integrity
- organisational skills
- a willingness to learn
- an ability to work unsupervised
- an interest in artisan baking would be an advantage

Your hourly rate is negotiable.

Pizza flavours for tomorrow.

Flavours are

Pepperoni with hot honey sauce

Garlic chicken with spinach, feta, olives and chipotle mayo

Chicken, chorizo, sun dried tomatoes and basil

Capsicum, artichoke, spinach, red onion, tomato and parmesan.

These are Detroit style pizza on a sourdough base, 35cm X 25cm. Each one will serve 3 to 4 people and is cut into 8 slices.

What's on this week?

Lunch special - Thai pumpkin soup served with roti bread.

Tuesday - Cinnamon donuts

Thursday - Lasagna in serves for 2 to 3 people. Lunch or take home.

Friday - Detroit style sourdough pizza in our new deep dish pans 25cm x 35cm. These will feed 3 to 4 people.
