It was a privilege to watch and take over our dining room, sharing the exceptional precision, creativity and quiet confidence that have made EXP one of the region’s most respected culinary voices.
A menu full of considered detail, outstanding produce and beautifully matched wines, enjoyed high above the city with a room full of guests who joined us to celebrate the depth of talent this region continues to produce.
