The doors to our Kitchen Shop are open Mondays to Fridays from 10am to 4pm. Alternatively, Order Online for Pickup from Northcote or we can deliver your desserts for you to Melbourne and Regional Victoria. We offer next business day Melbourne deliveries. If you call us in the morning, we may be able to arrange for same day deliveries for you. Please place your order by Tuesday evening for regional

deliveries which get delivered every Thursday and Friday.

One of our favourite things about this community is how ideas get shared.

Chris Melbourne Coeliac introduced us to reheating our savoury muffins in the air fryer.

Jen showed us how she turns one into a quick gluten free lunch with a salad.

Every week someone shares a little tip, a routine or an idea that makes gluten free life just that little bit easier.

And before long, someone else in our community is trying it too.

Some Saturdays start because customers kept asking for them.

Toasties.

Freshly filled choux.

Savoury muffins.

Great filter coffee.

A little gluten free ritual at Northcote.

And when your messages started coming in about the Banoffee & Cream Choux, we knew it couldn’t disappear just yet.

So it’s back this Saturday.

Roast Pumpkin & Gochujang Savoury Muffins sold out so quickly last week, we knew we had to make more.

Because gluten free shouldn’t be predictable.

It should surprise you.

It should comfort you.

It should give you something to look forward to.

And most of all, it should feel like it was made with you in mind.

Dandenong, it's time for us to say goodbye.

Our Dandenong Market shop is closing for good, and our last day of trading will be Tuesday 30 June 2026.

If you've ever come by for freshly filled choux, a hot toastie, cheesecake, a Henchmen Cookie, or just because you needed somewhere safe to buy gluten free food. Thank you.

If you've brought your kids or grandkids, your parents, your partner, your coeliac friend, your workmate, or someone who was nervous about eating out. Thank you.

If you told someone, "You can actually eat this," and sent them our way. Thank you.

You made this little shop so much more than a shop.

You made it part of your market day, your weekend routine, your treat run, your lunch stop, your gluten free safe place.

We'd love to see you before we close the doors one last time.

While we're saying goodbye to Dandenong, this isn't goodbye to Butter Mafia.

We'll continue baking from Northcote, and we look forward to welcoming you there.
