We’re taking a little breather this Melbourne Cup Day. Bomba will be closed all day, Tuesday 3rd November. See you on Wednesday from 12pm for a few plates and a glass of something good.

Some bottles just make the afternoon better. Lacrima Baccus Brut Rose cava. Open it because you feel like it, no reason needed.

30/10/2026

The Black Hand. We've used **r Melbourne Black as the base and worked around it from there. The kind of drink that suits a long sit at the bar. Ask us about it when you're in.

27/10/2026

New cocktails are in. Some are bright and citrus-forward, some sit on the spirit side of things. Swipe through for a look and tell us which one is calling your name.

25/10/2026

The food is one part of it. The other part is the person who takes your order, knows what pairs well, and checks in without hovering. That is what we try to get right every time.

23/10/2026

The Black Hand. We built this one with Hop Nation's Melbourne Black and it has landed exactly where we wanted it to. Come up to the rooftop and try it while the weather is still on your side.

21/10/2026

Some combinations just make sense. Croquettas, bravas and a cold b**r. It is not a complicated order, but it is the right one.

21/10/2026

Lunch doesn't have to be sad. $29 gets you one tapa, one racione and one verduras. The team's set up and waiting.

19/10/2026

Some dishes carry a room. Paella is one of them. You smell it before you see it, and you want it before it lands.

17/10/2026

The Little Hottie. Named that way for a reason. If you have not had it up on the rooftop yet, it is worth making the trip. Come find us.

15/10/2026

If there is a special occasion on the horizon, we have spaces that work for all kinds of groups and all kinds of nights. Rooftop, shared food, drinks sorted. Head to our website and we can start working out the details together.

13/10/2026

You have been looking for a good Spanish tapas place in the C*D. You just found it. Come in and let us show you around the menu.

11/10/2026

If you are putting together a spread and want something that stands out from the richer dishes, the charcoal grilled quail with rhubarb and ajo blanco is a good call. A little char, a little acidity, something creamy to bring it together.

09/10/2026

The Little Hottie is new and we think you're going to get along very well. Come in and find out if you can handle it.

07/10/2026

There's no complicated story here. Good ingredients, people who know what to do with them, and a standard that doesn't really move. That's what the kitchen runs on.

05/10/2026

Whipped cod roe, squid ink sourdough crisp. It's light, smoky and creamy all at once.

03/10/2026

Corn on the cob isn't something you would usually expect to remember. And then you have this one. Grilled over charcoal, finished with paprika and maize. Spain found its way in.

01/10/2026

Some decisions are worth making quickly. Six dishes, a drink in hand, good company across the table. The show can wait a little. The food won't.

30/09/2026

In Spain, going for a copa means a drink in hand and a little something to eat alongside it. No big plan, no occasion needed.

So that's what we're doing every Monday on the rooftop. Order anything from our Copa y Tapas list, from Spanish style drinks to a few Four Pillars cocktails, and a tapa comes out with it on the house. It could be croquettas, patatas bravas, pan con tomate with jamón or manchego with membrillo, depending on what the kitchen is sending out that week. Another round means another bite, all with the city winding down below you.

Every Monday from 5pm.

29/09/2026

The back bar is stocked and ready. Whatever you're drinking, we've probably got it covered.

27/09/2026

Arandano - perfect spring cocktail on the Bomba rooftop.

25/09/2026

Bread first. That is the rule here. Before the croquettas arrive, before the paella is ordered, before anyone has really decided what they want. A good loaf and a pour of olive oil buys you time, and honestly, it is one of the better parts of the meal.
