Flour & Fern just got new owners, and we're on a mission to make the best coffee in Berwick. We need a barista who's actually good at their craft and genuinely nice to be around. No corporate vibes, just good coffee and good people.

The job
☕ Pull dialled-in shots and silky milk on coffee.
🎨 Pour latte art you'd actually post.
😊 Get to know the regulars (they'll know your name too).
🥐 Help with light food prep and keep the bar flowing in the rush.
Non-negotiables
✔️ Real café barista experience
✔️ Latte art (hearts, tulips, and rosettes) done consistently
✔️ You stay cool when the line's out the door.
✔️ Good energy, because attitude matters as much as the coffee
✔️ Local to Berwick or nearby, and free on weekends

Just pull up and show us what you've got. We're open 7am–2pm on weekdays and 7:30am–2pm on weekends. Come in before 8am or after 1pm to dodge the rush, say hi, and make us a couple of coffees. If we vibe, we'll grab your resume after.
