Pinchos is a celebration – a vivacious dining experience where food and friends come together. Traditionally a selection of simple bar snacks originating from Spain’s enchanting northern reaches and Basque country, pinchos (meaning “to spike”) embody the purist magic of food – simple and fresh ingredients paired into perfection to be enjoyed at leisure with good wine and company. From white anchovies married with pickles and green olives to seafood paella cakes with Canary Island red sauce, or a simple but delectable plate of smoked almonds, the food at Pinchos is as unfussy as it is exotic. Honest food that is both faithful to its Basque traditions and a completely unique new flavour and experience in Perth’s busy dining scene – with dishes starting from just $1, and best coupled with a glass of homemade sangria!
