Over the past week, we’ve read many heartfelt tributes to David Siepen, the original owner of Beaujangles Cafe.
Although we never had the privilege of meeting David personally, it’s clear he left a lasting mark on Hobart’s hospitality community and created many wonderful memories through Beaujangles.
We feel honoured to continue the story of this special café and extend our sincere condolences to David’s family, friends and everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
Rest in peace, David.
