Ecuador Finca Soledad 🍊
This beautiful washed Typica Mejorado has undergone a layered double fermentation before slow drying, bringing beautiful notes of white nectarine, jasmine, and mandarin with bright acidity, soft sweetness and a clean, refined finish.
Ethiopia Aricha 🫐
This delicious Ethiopian has undergone an anaerobic natural fermentation process, bringing rich notes of cacao, jammy blueberry and blackberry, layered with lovely acidity and sugary sweetness.
Colombia Santa Monica Peach Co-Ferment 🍑
This experimental microlot underwent anaerobic fermentation with the addition of peaches and wine yeast to amplify complexity, bringing distinct notes of peach, white wine and Chamomile.
