Our first Salsa Sol catering in Tasmania 5 years ago was a funeral. 🌺

I remember i was so nervous, and it was a for a huge amount of people and I did not have the expertise for that rhythm of prep at all plus i offered so many items 😃🙆🏽‍♀️ .
Thanks from the bottom of my heart for the support of my girls-friends that time everything’s went well and I’ve learned a lot on that day.

It was sad and heartbreaking and at the same time when people were eating they could feel the joy of what in life this person enjoyed and what they share together as friend and family members…

Food connects with all moments, memories. In South America connects food and social bonding you are never alone, if you are hungry ask, if you need a hug too! This is what we like to share and we really enjoy sharing with you

From a Paraguayan roots👩‍🍳 with Chilean family and exploring the taste of the world your table never will be empty of amazing food and fun!
