My last shift in the kitchen & tomorrow I'll cook for you all one last time in Long Beach ,Twilight Market. If you can't make it, place your last order online, one of my guys will keep the kitchen open one more time.

This is my good bye and thanks to you all, followers, customers, friends.
A message that I have imagined being very different for the last few months, a message that I have hold long enough but that I can't postpone anymore.
We'll keep the kitchen open till Friday 17th, or till sold out, and the same day I'll run the last Long Beach Twilight market.
Then I'll have a few days to pack up my things and fly to Melbourne where my love Serena has been waiting for me for over a month.
It's been a long and happy ride, I hope that the destiny still have an ace to play, that a passionate chef/entrepreneur will step forward, willing to run Mamo Pasta as I did in the last 3 years.
Worst case scenario, see you in Melbourne 🙂

Great event the tennis tournament! 8 days of hard work, pasta, desserts, and smiles! Ending today with the great Italian finalist Elisabetta Cocciaretto !
Unfortunately we won't be able to reopen the upcoming week, we have spent too much energy and all our stock is gone. We'll see you on Friday in at the Hobart Twilight Market !
The ghost kitchen will reopen Monday 23rd
