🥖 A Massive Thank You From Sandwich Chefs Coomera! 🙏

To our amazing Coomera community: **THANK YOU** for your incredible patience and support over our first few days!

As you know, we are only a few days old, and yesterday (Sunday) we hit our very first major unexpected hurdle. Our POS system’s merchant network completely went down. We couldn’t process card payments, and we couldn't even open the till.

As a brand-new team, it’s fair to say there was a bit of panic behind the counter! We were totally stuck on what to do, but we quickly pivoted to accepting payments via PayID to keep things moving as best we could.

* **To everyone who stuck around, stayed patient, and worked with us through the PayID process:**
You are absolute legends. Thank you for lifting our spirits when things got stressful!

* **To those who had to cancel their orders because PayID wasn't an option:**
We are so incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. We completely understand, and we hope you'll give us another chance to make it up to you soon!

We are learning fast, growing as a team, and are so grateful to have such an understanding community behind us. Come by and see us this week—hopefully with 100% working tech this time! 🥪✨

We are putting the final touches on our brand-new home in Westfield Coomera (food court). The counters are polished, the screens are up, and we can almost smell the fresh roasts and crusty bread already.

We’ve worked hard to create a beautiful space for you to enjoy the best sandwiches and carvery in town. We are so close now—stay tuned for the official date!
