The Hangi Pit is, at the moment, specially a Kiwi takeaway restaurant serving all food in takeaway containers. These foods include the best fish and chips, fresh New Zealand Seafood, Fried Bread, Burgers and the 'Hangi in a roll'. Since 2013 after the opening of our shop, the Hangi pit has built a strong regular customer base with many Kiwi's and Australians shuffling through the door every day. Some of them have been generous enough to leave us some kind words and refer us to their friends.

We’re working hard behind the scenes and are hoping to open our doors very soon, with just a few final touches still to be completed.

You’ll find us at Shop 3D, Coomera Square Shopping Centre, Upper Coomera — taking over the former Deep South Chicken location.

We can’t wait to bring you our hangi meals, fried bread, seafood, fish & chips, burgers and more.
